The annual #TradesTalk charity tweetathon returns on Tuesday 1st October, with the usual one-hour Twitter chat extended to last 24 hours.
This year’s tweetathon will raise money for the Rainy Day Trust, with a series of guest hosts taking over the account for 24 hours and encouraging the community to donate. The guest hosts include tradespeople such as plumber Peter Booth, bricky James Bruton and electrician Karen Boom, as well as brands including Jobman and Wera Tools – topics covered during the 24 hours will include men’s health, tool theft, marketing for the trades and more light-hearted subjects such as movies and music. There will be exclusive give aways and competitions throughout the tweetathon.
To join in the tweetathon, simply logon to Twitter at anytime from 8pm on 1st October to 8pm on 2nd October and search #TradesTalk.
