Tonight’s #TradesTalk Twitter chat will be about the impact of the coronavirus on the trades – and it will also be broadcast live as part of a live podcast from the team at the EGTE (Electricians’ Guide To Everything).
As soon as Boris Johnson made his announcement on TV last night, our social media and email inbox has been overflowing with messages from the building trades asking what it actually means for them. And this, plus the lack of financial support (so far) for the self-employed when they can’t go out to work, will be the topics discussed tonight on Twitter in this special edition of TradesTalk.
TradesTalk is a weekly Twitter chat for the building trades, but this week it will also be part of a live podcast. You can join in by following @TradesTalk on Twitter , and/or listening on Podbean (you just need to download the app on your phone and follow this link:), and the audience will be encouraged to send in questions and share their own thoughts on the topics being discussed.
If you’d like to send us a question or comment on this topic in advance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise simply tune in and get involved.
