Builders donate face masks to Wiltshire Air Ambulance

One of our readers got in touch on Facebook to share this fantastic story about how his company has helped the health service with a donation of face masks.

Richard Vincent, from R Vincent & Sons Ltd builders, had this to say:

A while ago I posted that we had found a box of 100 face masks hidden away in our lock up and joked about selling them on eBay for a tidy profit.

In truth, as this virus has progressed I felt uneasy at making a profit especially when I see all these selfish idiots bulk buying and stripping the supermarket shelves of stock so poor pensioners and families that have to budget from week to week are having to go without.

So I kept them all and I am so glad I did.

Today Wiltshire Air Ambulance has made an appeal for the type of masks I’ve got as they are running out and the paramedics are in need of them.
So all the masks are going to the paramedics who need them most.

Being able to donate these has given me more joy than a few hundred extra quid in the bank could ever do.

Have a great day everyone and let’s all help each other.

Amazing work from Richard and his team.
