TradesTed, TradesTalk’s furry mascot, has lost all eight of his beach balls. He knows that they fell into the Professional Builder, #TradesTalk, Professional Heating and Plumbing Installer and Professional Electrician websites, but he doesn’t know exactly where.

HB42 will be throwing in its newly launched, All-in-One Sealant and Adhesive into the bundles. This adhesive is packaged in 400ml Eco-Foils, removing the environmental problem of disposing of the single-use plastic cartridge normally associated with this type of product.
The new HB42 All-in-One 400ml Eco-Foils produce 95% less waste than the single use tubes and users get 38% more sealant than in the 290ml plastic tube. HB42 All-in-One seals, sticks and fills, is flexible up to 230%, can be over-painted, and works in the wet. It is low in VOCs and bonds to almost anything; it is also food safe, fully curing in 24 hours.
Honeywell Home will be adding a T4 thermostat and a polo shirt to each bundle. Designed to deliver energy efficiency with minimal user-interaction, the T4 is compatible with any boiler and has ease of installation at its core, says Resideo.
Some of the intelligent, automated features of the T4 include:
- Automated modulation control with OpenTherm improves energy efficiency
- Optimum stop, start and delayed stop features learn how the room is heated, reducing user effort and improving heating efficiency
- Screen interface offers easy and optimal heating adjustment
The unit is available in three models: the T4 standard, wired and battery-less model; T4R wireless version, offering an easy switch over from an existing wireless receiver box; and the T4M wired modulating version with on-screen OpenTherm boiler information for additional user control. All models have 7-day, 5/2 day and single day programming.
A wireless receiver box, designed with a flip-up wiring bar for easy installation, also makes the wiring process more accessible.
