Gas Safe Register: Decade Review

Gas Safe Register: Decade Review

Gas engineers have less than two weeks left to participate and share their views on how they think the industry has changed over the last 10 years.

Gas Safe Register has been engaging with several focus groups in the industry to get their views, along with collecting views through the online survey, which can be accessed by clicking here.

There are already a variety of key issues being highlighted through the survey, such as illegal gas fitters, training, quality and consumer awareness.

Anyone who wishes to send in further information relating to the Decade Review, or potentially take part in focus groups or other activities, can also do so by emailing DecadeReview@accent-mr.com.

“We have had almost 3,000 responses through so far from gas engineers and other stakeholders, indicating how they think the industry has changed to date and what could change in the future. It is important that these views are recognised to help inform and shape where the industry should be focusing on in the coming decade. The survey is still open and we would like to encourage all involved stakeholders to participate and provide their thoughts on the industry, both looking at the past and also looking to the future.”
Scott Darroch, Project Director
