Hamilton, a leading professional decorating sundries company, has launched the Expression professional paint brush range.
Recognising the precision, artistry and emotion that goes into the work of the professional painter and decorator, and understanding that new paint formulations mean that traditional tools no longer give the same results, Hamilton has created Expression, a completely new range of brushes.
What makes the Expression paint brush range different from what is already available on the market?
We carried out extensive research amongst painters and decorators and also worked closely with our Decorating Panel to pinpoint exactly what they needed. This invaluable insight has resulted in the new range. All Expression brushes feature Max Stroke, a synthetic filament blend comprising a mix of different types of filament.
How does it improve the finish?
Thanks to new production processes Max Stroke achieves a softer, fuller appearance on the tips of the brushes. This feature guarantees the smoothest and most consistent finish is achieved, whether using solvent or water-based paints. In addition, optimal paint pick-up and release, ensures the job is completed quickly.
What sizes are available across the range?
The Expression Flat brush is available in 1in., 1 ½in., 2in. & 3in. sizes. Its longer wooden beavertail handle provides a well-balanced brush for comfort and a flexible grip. Remaining comfortable even when used for long periods of time and featuring the Max Stroke filament, Expression Flat brushes are the ideal addition to your tool box.
The Angled brush comes in 35mm & 70mm sizes and has been designed 
to achieve more accurate cutting in with higher paint pick-up for a smoother, more consistent finish. The 15mm & 20mm Precision brushes are made for fast painting on profile surfaces.
The angle of the filaments means that painting corners has never been so easy. The long wooden handle provides a greater reach for more stability in awkward places and is ideal for close accurate work. The patented cover has been developed to protect the head from damage and can also store the wet brush for up to 72 hours.
