Makita has launched an accessories range for its impact drivers – Impact Black.
Designed for professional use, all components can be recognised by a black coating that will prevent rusting and ensure longevity.
The Impact Black range includes 25mm screw bits, 50mm screw bits, and four 50mm magnetic nut setters with a ¼” hex shank in sizes 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 13mm. The range is completed with two hex to square drive adapters in 3/8” and ½” sizes, as well as a mag bit holder, a sleeve chuck and a screw guide.
Chris Cutler, assistant product manager at Makita, said, “We’ve developed our Impact Black range to support professional users who required extremely durable accessories to complement the tools they use on a daily basis. The new black coating on the surface of the Impact Black range prevents rusting and corrosion, strengthening the durability of each component.
“Impact Black screw bits are 20 per cent more durable than a standard screw bit – ensuring they last longer and subsequently lowering ongoing maintenance and replacement costs.”
