Invented by heating engineer Dave Smith, Condensate Pro prevents condensate pipes freezing in low temperatures – a common cause of gas boilers malfunctioning. It fits all types of installations, including grate, rainwater soil pipe and soakaways, is easy to install and maintain, and the insulation and product are UV-stable and waterproof.

Manufactured specifically for concrete and masonry, Vandex BB 75 is a cementitious, efflorescence free waterproof tanking slurry with excellent hydrophobic properties. It can be used when waterproofing basements, walls and floors, and is suitable for basements, foundations, retaining walls, tanks, fishponds and water features.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
An extension to Wavin’s Stormwater Range, AquaGrid 40 is a sustainable water management solution for landscaped areas and driveways. It comprises modular square grids made from recycled plastic that interlink with integrated locking lugs. These sections can be filled with grass or gravel which improves the management of captured rain and stormwater.

WI-FI HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER
The A+ rated Nuos Plus Wi-Fi heat pump water heater from Ariston is available as either a 200-litre direct (200D) or 250-litre indirect (250I) model, the units combine a floor standing unvented cylinder with an air source heat pump water heater. The products boast a COP of up to 3.14, while producing only 51dB of noise – the equivalent of a domestic fridge-freezer.
WATER LEAK DETECTION
The smartest ultrasonic water leak detection shut-off and protection system ever created is how Aquilar describes its Sonic device. SmartShield technology scans plumbing for problems up to 100,000 times a day, detecting leaks and shutting off the water supply.
