Dulux Decorator Centre is helping a decorator support more of the most vulnerable members of his community – through a new partnership.
Good Guys Decorating, established by Cyle Carth from Wandsworth, South London, has transformed the lives of countless families facing hardship – by decorating their homes for free.
These ‘Give Back’ jobs are part of his commitment to help those struggling with poverty or mental illness and now, as part of a new partnership – Dulux Decorator Centre is helping him reach even more deserving families, through a range of measures to help support these projects.
These include providing free of charge paint from Cyle’s local Dulux Decorator Centre in Hammersmith, London – bespoke account terms to help him buy the products for his paid jobs cost-effectively, plus providing Good Guys with accessory packs to give away to the families after the work has been carried out to help maintain their newly decorated home.
Gerry Sheehan, Dulux Decorator Centre Regional Operations Manager, North London, said: “Cyle’s commitment to helping the community really stood out to us and prompted us to think about how we could help him reach even more people.
“By supplying him with the products they need, he no longer needs to worry about costs for materials on the charity jobs – and his account terms allow him to get the best value for the products he requires for his commercial work.
Cyle comments: “We’re incredibly excited to partner with Dulux Decorator Centre.
“Their support will really turbo-charge our work in the community, enabling us to reach and help more people than ever before.
“There remains far too many families who are facing financial hardship and challenges with their mental health.
“That’s why we’re committed to giving back and helping others.”
Chart-topping rapper Stormzy was so impressed by his efforts that he joined Cyle when he transformed a teenager’s bedroom in Croydon.
