Hitachi Power Tools has launched its powerful CM75EAP Petrol Disc Cutter, which has been designed to provide exceptional user-friendly performance when cutting bricks and blocks for landscaping and general building use.
Meeting European emission control standards thanks to the new 75cc 2-stroke petrol engine, the CM75EAP weighs in at a dry weight of 10.4kg and has a maximum power output of 3.9kW, driving a cutting wheel with a diameter of 305mm.
The Disc Cutter features Hitachi’s Exhaust Pulsation Muffler technology, which increases power and reduces fuel consumption. It does this by reflecting the pressure waves in the muffler, pushing the outgoing fresh mixture flow back to the cylinder.
The CM75EAP has a highly durable body, with metal lower and front foot guards, protecting the main unit from cut materials that could damage the power tool.
The dust-resistant recoil starter features an anti-abrasive starter rope that is long lasting, even in work environments with large amounts of dust and debris. It is easy to start, with less force required, due to a decompression system.
Users are provided extra comfort with a coil spring anti-vibration system and a built in accessory holder.
Furthermore, the tool free pre-filter system for easy removal and cleaning provides added convenience on site.
The CM75EAP comes with a two-year warranty when registered online via www.hitachi-powertools.co.uk (terms and conditions apply).
