BlUE ROOF ATTENUATION SYSTEM
A unique patented design allows the ACO Building Drainage blue roof attenuation system to operate independently of the roof’s waterproofing and drainage system. The attenuation tank sits above a structural drainage layer which allows controlled drainage of rainwater on all roof types during design rainfall conditions.
BARRIER PIPE AND FITTINGS SYSTEM
A complete pipework system approved to BS 8588 requirements, and for use within contaminated land, Protecta-Line from Aliaxis offers external barrier protection, preventing any contaminants in the soil from permeating through the pipe wall. Sizes range
25mm to 630mm in diameter, whilst there’s an extensive range of fittings available.
LVT
The new Heritage Oaks in the Amtico Spacia Woods LVT planks collection are described as having authentic textures, a worn, aged finish and rustic sawn mark details. There’s four colourways on offer – Malthouse Oak, Forge Oak, Granary Oak and Carriage Oak. Spacia products can be specified in over 90 designs with Acoustic backing or 36+ enhanced slip resistance finish.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
Premier Tech Water and Environment has upgraded its 3,000litre and 4,000litre range of Rewatec Solido Smart sewage treatment plants. Sequencing batch reactor (SBR) technology provides wastewater treatment and clarification in a single, durable tank, whilst a new shell structure means that warranty cover has gone from 10 to 25 years for the shell itself.
CLADDING
The James Latham, Finish Line Collection cladding range launched has received two British Woodworking Federation (BWF) Awards 2021. The Accoya wood cladding arrives on-site factory finished, front, back and ends, in a selection of 12 unique colours, effectively encapsulating the timber in a breathable envelope.
EASYGrout Range
The addition of Blanco brings the Azpects EASYGrout family of colours to four, including Grafito, Argent and Crema. The shades have been developed to complement the trending colours of porcelain tiles. The material itself is a high-quality slurry grout for ceramic and porcelain paving and floor tiles.
