Paving manufacturer Bradstone has celebrated another year of achievements of its Assured Installers through its annual national landscaping awards.
The awards, which took place on Friday 28th June 2024 at Mercure Daventry Court Hotel, saw ten category winners with a handful of further highly commended and commended runners up, due to the overwhelmingly high standard of competition this year.
Now in its eleventh year, the awards comprise of a variety of categories, from Most Challenging Project to Best Driveway Transformation, as well as the highly sought after Installer of the Year accolade. They are designed to recognise landscapers that have demonstrated excellent levels of workmanship, design expertise and customer service.
This year’s winner of the much-acclaimed Installer of the Year category was Gardens of Inspiration, for consistently delivering exceptional quality workmanship and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Along with this, they have won the award for Best Use of Natural Stone Paving and Best Patio Transformation up to 30m2. Gardens of Inspiration has been a member of the Bradstone Assured Scheme since 2013 and this is the first time they have won top prizes for three categories.
Speaking of their win, Gary Atkinson, Owner of Gardens of Inspiration, said: “We are thrilled to receive recognition for the quality of our craftsmanship and creative designs, particularly in such a competitive field. We have some exciting projects lined up throughout Nottingham in the coming months that will truly highlight our landscaping skills and expertise further. Meanwhile, the recipient of the Employee/Apprentice of the Year award was awarded to Dylan Mole at R&J Mole.
After receiving the award, Dylan commented: “It is such a rewarding feeling to be recognised as Employee of the Year by Bradstone. I would like to thank the team for their time and patience in mentoring me and providing me with the opportunity to learn and improve. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Emma Foster for being so encouraging and offering me endless support since I started in landscaping. I wouldn’t be where I am without her. I can’t wait to get stuck into future projects this year and continue to develop my industry knowledge.”
