What are the new house types?
The House Types provide you with a one-stop shop to ensure you have everything you need to make planning approval and then building the finished product plain sailing. Build Aviator will be offering a variety of house types that you’ll be able to purchase including: an affordable house, a 2-storey house, 3-storey house as well as extensions and loft conversions.
Once you’ve bought the package, you will receive:
- The full estimate to keep your build on track and ensuring you know what materials you need and when to order them
- The complete SAP reports which will ensure your house is compliant and energy efficient.
- The building regulations to make sure the build is carried out properly and that sign off is complete.
Once you purchase the package, the project is ready to build. It’s as simple as that.
How do I buy a house type?
If you are interested in buying one of the house types, you will need to go to Build Aviator directly. Once a purchase is made, you’ll be given access to a Technical Sales Manager who will act as your point of contact to guide and help you throughout. Once complete, you will receive all your documents including, plotted drawings, building regulations, estimate and SAP reports for the build – Ready to get your planning permission and start building your house.
How can it help?
When using this service, you haven’t got to shop and search around for an architect, materials or final costs, everything is provided for you and presented clearly. A team of architects will work to ensure all building regulations are sorted for you. The completed estimate provides you with the most accurate and detailed materials and costings professionally laid out. The finished SAP report has been created by the in-house experts to ensure your house is fully compliant, meeting Government Regulations.
