Leading specialist ironmongery supplier, IronmongeryDirect has been presented with the Outstanding Achievement in Customer Satisfaction 2020 Award, by independent research company, In-House Research. Based exclusively on customer feedback, the awards recognise companies that deliver world class customer service.

The award follows a telephone survey which found that over 70% of customers would recommend IronmongeryDirect.

The Outstanding Achievement Award is accredited to a business that receives over 50 survey responses and achieves a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 65 or above – a score at this level represents a customer-centric culture throughout a business, and has been designed to recognise the very best. IronmongeryDirect, Essex based ironmongery supplier, has been awarded an NPS of 70.8.
