Local builders merchant Gibbs & Dandy has launched the ‘invisible brick’ charity initiative in partnership with Band of Builders to raise money for tradespeople who are facing challenging circumstances.
The initiative allows customers of Gibbs & Dandy to add ‘invisible bricks’ to their order, with every £1 invisible brick bought, customers will be donating £1 to Band of Builders. This charitable effort will run throughout Gibbs & Dandy stores across the country and online.
Band of Builders are a charity that complete practical projects to help members of the UK construction industry who are battling illness or injury. For each project, volunteers come together to help their fellow tradespeople through renovations or repairs that make a real difference to their lives.
Jason Cadogan, Head of Marketing at Gibbs & Dandy says: “We are more than proud to be contributing to Band of Builder’s phenomenal work with this initiative.
“This charity makes a real impact for those in the construction industry and their families. We hope to continue work like this to support fellow tradespeople up and down the country.”
