The DBN900 18V LXT Framing Nailer, designed specifically for first fix framing applications, can be used in the same way as a pneumatic nailer but without the additional setup time, complication and restriction of a compressor and air lines. Unlike gas nailers, the DBN900 has no additional consumables, reducing the cost and inconvenience of replacing the cartridges.
With the capability to drive nails from 50mm to 90mm and support clipped head nails of diameters 2.9mm to 3.3mm, this tool is a game-changer for professionals. It features an innovative air spring firing mechanism, delivering rapid-fire capability similar to a pneumatic nailer of up to 90mm nails at a rate of 2 nails per second. In sequential actuation mode, it drives a nail each time the trigger is pressed, while the contact actuation mode allows continuous nailing, with a nail driven every time the tip is pressed to the material for as long as the trigger is held.
With a spring drive motor, the DBN900 offers an impressive runtime of up to 1000 nails on a single 5.0Ah battery charge, keeping operators productive without constant recharging.
The DBN900 also includes a depth driving adjustment, allowing users to easily control the nail depth for flawless results on any surface. The anti-dry fire lockout mechanism protects the tool from misfiring when only 7-9 nails remain, ensuring smoother operation and minimising downtime.
The anti-slip nose of the tool makes working on angled materials easier and more accurate, while the LED job light with pre-glow and after-glow function improves visibility of the work surface.
