The HiKOKI Power Tools UK cordless UM36DA 36V Mixer features a high efficiency brushless motor, powered by the manufacturer’s Multi Volt battery platform. This makes it possible for the battery pack to detect whether it is being used in an 18 Volt or a 36V device, and automatically adjusts the voltage. There’s also constant speed control and a two-speed gearbox, which makes it easy to tackle paints, mortar, and many more mixed materials.

Whether it is tightening locknuts, edge breaking when tiling, or snapping cable ties – Knipex Pliers will do the job – and can even be used as a small bench vice. For more intricate work, the surface of the tool’s jaws is smooth, allowing plated fittings with polished surfaces to be gripped without damage. The tool is available in six sizes – a 125 and 150mm pocket-sized model, a 180mm all-rounder, and universal 250mm model. There’s also a 300mm version, and a 400mm XL-version with an application range of up to 85mm.

Builders can now access all the latest power tool news and information from the Bosch Professional Instagram channel. Not only that, this new resource will feature regular reviews and opinions, videos and information on its latest technologies, such as BITURBO. The Makita 40VMax x2 XGT Brushless Demolition Hammer (HM002GZ03) and 40VMax x2 XGT Brushless Rotary Demolition Hammer (HR006GZ) are powered by two 40VMax XGT Li-Ion batteries in series. providing performance levels in line with corded equivalents. Both new additions feature brushless motors, a soft-no-load function, Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) and Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) functionality.

Pneumatic performance with cordless convenience is how Senco describes its F35 Fusion Cordless Nailer. An efficient brushless motor and a self-contained compressed air cylinder – which does away with with hoses, compressors and fuel cells – combines to drive nails into the hardest substrates, including engineering timbers. The tool is supplied with two 3.0 Ah lithium-ion batteries, each capable of driving 600 nails per charge.

As well as Advanced Timber Fixing Screws, the Spectre range includes Advanced Wood Screws, holesaws (including plumber-specific and electrician-specific sets) and screwdriver bits, including nut drivers, bit holders and bit sets covering Pozi, Torx and Philips in 25mm and 50mm lengths. The Kapro 787 Helius level set features 600mm, 1200mm and 1800mm box levels and a 250mm cast boat level in a handy carry bag. Each box level has two solid shockproof UV resistant acrylic vials including 2 per cent gradient lines on the horizontal vial. The milled surface ensures an accuracy of 0.5mm/m while the wall grip feature keeps the level in place without slipping and shock absorbing rubber end caps reduce the chance of damage.

There’s two new lengths and practical “Microboxes” added to the Heller range of Torsion & Impact Bits. The special torsion zone absorbs torque peaks and reduces the forces acting on the bit head during usage, lowering the risk of breakage and offering a longer service life than non-impact bits. Moreover, thanks to the torsion zone, they are suitable for both soft and hard screw applications, whilst the impact magnet holder, in combination with the special bit design, allows the use in impact machines.
