PermaRoof expands liquid roofing range with one kit solution

To meet demand for smaller roofing project solutions, PermaRoof UK, part of PermaGroup, has developed the PermaRoof100 (P100) – a new all-in-one liquid polyurethane waterproofing roofing system.

This forms part of PermaRoof’s commitment to offering permanent solutions to age old problems, by bolstering its range to cater for commercial roofing contractors.

Available in 5m2 or 10m2 kits, the P100 is ideal for waterproofing small roofs and includes everything needed in just one kit. This includes a primer, protective latex gloves, rollers and a stirring paddle to mix the P100 product prior to use. Furthermore, no activators are required, making it very convenient to use, and it can be applied without any special training.

The system is suitable for a variety of surfaces and for slightly larger roofs customers have the option to combine two or more kits that will work seamlessly together. Once applied, the roof is rainproof within 20 minutes and benefits from a 20-year product life expectancy for extra peace of mind.

Sunny Lotay, national commercial manager at PermaRoof Commercial said: “Providing a one stop shop for all roofing solutions, no matter how big or small, is an important part of our proposition. This is why we are proud to bring to market the PermaRoof100 kit, which has been specifically designed to include everything required to waterproof smaller roofs. This means that we can cater for an even larger customer profile now, as the PermaRoof500 already exists for commercial and trained installers. With the PermaRoof100 customers can benefit from a start to finish system in one box.”

Adrian Buttress, managing director of PermaGroup, said: “Our ambition with all our products is to provide quality solutions to our customers’ problems. Adding PermaRoof100 to our product list allows us to provide a kit to complete the waterproofing process of a roof with ease. No expertise is required, or additional tools, and it is this simplicity that means anyone is able to pick up a kit and use it effectively.

“We’re continually investing in new products that offer quality and efficiency, and with the introduction of PermaRoof100 we’re equally proud to be focusing on reducing waste, which is a priority for our business and the sector as a whole. We look forward to expanding our selection further in the future.”
