New online toolkit from Gutterline

HD Sharman, the British company that, 30 years ago, became the world’s first manufacturer of gutterlining, has become the first to offer customers a free online marketing package.

The company’s Online Toolkit provides Gutterline customers with professional-standard templates that may be customised to support their own marketing.  Bearing the company’s “Got You Covered” strapline, the templates can be adapted for use across a range of media, including stationery and leaflets.

Managing director, Mark de Rozarieux, commented:  “The Online Toolkit will enable our customers to promote the fact that they offer a gutterlining service and that it features the market-leading product.

“The high quality templates will help customers to present themselves as the professional outfits that they are, elevating them above the competition, and helping them to win a fair share of the market.”

The Online Toolkit also offers customers exclusive access to a Technical Hub, where they can secure high specification, up-to-date technical information to help them undertake Gutterline projects as efficiently and profitably as possible.

Mark added:   “We’ve already had some fantastic customer feedback to the beta version of the Online Toolkit, and we are confident that it will continue to impress now that it has been officially launched.

“We’re a family firm and customer service has always been at the heart of our business, and the Online Toolkit is the latest in a series of initiatives that we have introduced to help our customers.  Last year we launched product-specific quick response codes, offering easy on-site access to the necessary technical information via any internet-enabled device.

“Our Got You Covered strapline says it all.  Not only has Gutterline got the end user covered by offering long-term protection against leaking gutters, but HD Sharman also supports the contractors who fit it.”

HD Sharman’s patented Gutterline is the only gutterlining to be approved by the UK’s major construction authority, the British Board of Agrement, and provides a 25 year guarantee.

Customers are offered free training and support in order to enable them to correctly and efficiently install the product.

Gutterline creates a waterproof gutter within a gutter, leaving the original structure untouched, eliminating the need for structural work.  Pliable enough to fit to any gutter, regardless of structure, age or material, Gutterline can tolerate changes in temperature and building movement without splitting.

It is widely used across many sectors including industrial, distribution, retail, public sector and residential, and is featured on several prestigious buildings, including the Olympia Exhibition Centre and St Pancras Station.
