The fit and forget Baxi Assure Shower Heat Recovery Unit (SHRU) range can offer up to 66.6 per cent heat recovery and up to 8 per cent SAP benefits. The SHRU are designed to recover heat from waste bath or shower water via the in-built heat exchanger, which is then transferred to the mains cold water feed to the boiler. This places less energy load on the boiler to raise the temperature to the desired level of comfort.
