A survey from constructaquote.com has revealed that Fairytale of New York is van drivers’ favourite Christmas song to sing along to.
Van drivers were asked what song they plan to sing-a-long to this Christmas as they drive around and a whopping 46 per cent named Fairytale of New York by The Pogues as their first choice.
In second place was All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey, with 38 per cent, and only eight per cent voted for Do They Know It’s Christmas – a 1984 hit for Band Aid.
Back in 2014 when constructaquote last conducted this poll, van drivers voted for the ballad from Frozen as their favourite tune of the holiday season.
