Talasey has unveiled a fresh new look for its collection of jointing products that aid the installation of hard landscaping.
The design of Talasey’s Pavetuf packaging has been given a boost as part of a plan to make the range stand out more – especially on the shelves of merchant stockists. As well as the new look, the range of jointing options has increased, taking the range to five products.
What’s new with Pavetuf from Talasey
New products include:
- Fine Finish Jointing Compound – this gives the look and finish of a grout but is applied in exactly the same way as the current All-
Weather Jointing Compound. Suitable for joint widths from 3 mm to 20 mm and available in five colours, it is the perfect addition to the current range. The tub itself is recyclable, which supports Talasey’s environmental strategy. - Sand Set Jointing Sand – this is suitable for joint widths from 3 mm to 10 mm and ideal for use on concrete block paving, clay pavers, natural stone, and any paving slabs or setts requiring a fine brush-in sand.
- Flowable Jointing Mortar – this is perfect for use on driveways, pedestrian areas and commercial projects. It has a rapid-setting formula designed to meet the performance characteristics of BS 7533. Available in silver grey, it is suitable for joint widths from 5 mm to 50 mm.
Existing core products:
- All-Weather Jointing Compound – this is perfect for filling joints in stone, concrete, porcelain and ceramic paving. It is a versatile solution that delivers a professional, granular finish for domestic applications.
- Jointing Grout – an easy-to-apply tile grout for use with porcelain paving and cladding products.
The company’s Business Development Manager, Sam Norman, said the new look and additional products will enable Talasey’s jointing range to stand out as a comprehensive range of products that aid the installation of hard landscaping.
“The new look and new products are a double whammy for Pavetuf,” said Sam. “Our design team have come up with fantastic new branding on our packaging, which is really eye-catching on the shelves at merchants.
“The addition of Fine Finish Jointing Compound, Sand Set Jointing Sand and Flowable Jointing Mortar makes our range of products much more complete for landscapers, so they don’t have to mix and match brands from different suppliers.”
What does this mean for landscapers?
Sam says that the expansion of the product range means that there’s a jointing product for all of Talasey’s paving products – so landscapers can use Talasey products for all aspects of any paving project to ensure a consistent, high-quality installation and finish.
The team at Talasey have also spent a lot of time making small but significant modifications to enhance the range and to ensure ease of use, priding itself on having “easy as 1-2-3” products.
