Last month (September), Tobermore saw 99.8 per cent of its deliveries delivered in full and on time as agreed, marking a new record for the company.
Before this, it had enjoyed a 99 per cent delivery rate for the past five years.
To achieve these rates, Tobermore have put processes in place: products are manufactured in a single site, with higher than average stock levels maintained, with investment in machinery ensuring a high-speed manufacturing process.
Tobermore has launched a tailored customer service package, ServiceSure. This follows a project from initial enquiry to delivery and beyond, updating customers at every stage ensuring a consistent and streamlined delivery.
