Larkfleet Homes has won the ‘Small Housebuilder of the Year’ title at the national HouseBuilder awards – often referred to as the ‘Oscars of the housebuilding industry’.
Ben Roskow, publishing director of HouseBuilder Media and chairman of the judges, travelled to Larkfleet House in Bourne, Lincolnshire, to present the award to directors Karl and Helen Hick.
Karl said: “We were absolutely delighted to win this award and thank Ben for taking the time to visit us and present the trophy. It is very much appreciated and will take pride of place in the reception area here at Larkfleet House.”
Larkfleet Homes also achieved a ‘highly commended’ in the ‘Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year’ category and was one of the three finalists in the ‘Best Retirement Scheme’ category for The Croft developments at Bourne and Baston.
Ben added: “It has been a pleasure to come along and present this award. Karl and Helen have shown me around their headquarters and we have had time to discuss the various developments in the business, such as the launch of Larkfleet South West and Norfolk and Suffolk branches.
“It is easy to see why the business is proving to be such a success and why these types of awards are coming their way.”
