AIRTIGHTNESS MEMBRANES
Following the demand for its airtightness membranes, Wraptite and Procheck A2, the A. Proctor Group is launching two additions to its range of A2 fire-resistant membranes. Probreathe A2 combines breathability, good water resistance, fire resistance and airtightness in one membrane. Probreathe A2 Air is a woven glass fibre membrane designed to provide the building fabric with excellent water resistance and breathability.
WALL PANELLING
There are new choices in the Urban, Signature and Scandinavian collections of Fibo waterproof wall panelling. CAVITY TRAY SYSTEM
It’s the only non-combustible cavity tray system to not rely on tapes and mastics to make watertight joints, and has now been awarded BBA Certification and is NHBC Accepted. The Keyfix Non-Combustible Cavity Tray System holds an A1 fire rating and is fully compliant to Building Regulations Approved Document B (ADB).
WETROOM FLOORS
Developed to provide freedom and flexibility when transforming concrete substrates into a sloping, tileable wetroom floor, Marmox Minilay also offers a wide choice of design options, especially where overall height or underfloor depth is restricted. The stainless steel drain kits are available in 600mm long Linear or 120 x 120mm Point formats, a Slimline Waste – which requires just a 60mm depth – or a 3600 Swivel Waste.

LIQUID COATING SYSTEM
Roofs, gutters, green roofs, balconies, and more can all be waterproofed with the PermaRoof 500 system. Made up of a polyurethane liquid membrane – producing a highly elastomeric waterproofing solution, with an ETA certification for a 25-year life expectancy – the PermaGroup product is also available with an anti-slip option.
MANHOLE COVER PROTECTOR
The Armadillo range of protector shells from Wrekin Products are designed to be placed over manhole covers and gully grates, providing temporary protection from group five traffic during the construction phase of a project. This ensures manhole covers and gully grates start their service life in ‘as new’ condition to optimise longevity.
WIRELESS ALARM
With the wireless radio frequency (RF) enabled alarm solutions from Kidde Safety Europe if one smoke alarm detects fire, all alarms will activate. The smoke and heat alarms featuring RF technology for wireless connectivity also provides installers with fire system flexibility, ease of installation, and a 10-year warranty.
HEAT PUMP & VENTILATION SYSTEM
The Ventive Home system will provide heating and hot water, as well as whole-house energy efficient ventilation and cooling in a single unit, similar in size to a fridge/freezer. The concept builds on air source heat pump and heat recovery technology and utilises a thermal battery to provide a direct replacement for a conventional gas or oil-fired heating system.
