Inspired by Manhattan’s chic Soho district, the new OW-70 Window brings the elegance of steel-look glazing with premium-grade aluminium, it replicates the aesthetic of traditional steel while exceeding modern Building Regulations for energy efficiency.
Available in both casement and fixed frame configurations, it provides flexibility across a range of residential and commercial settings. Every window is made bespoke to order and, with over 150 RAL colours available – including dual-colour and textured finishes – clients can completely customise their look.

Origin is known for its quality, and this most recent launch is no different. The Soho Window is powder coated in-house at our Qualicoat-accredited facility, and its journey starts with a 10-stage pre-treatment process that guarantees a flawless, long-lasting finish.
When it comes to construction, details matter. The latest Origin innovation features ultra-slim 65mm sightlines, square beading, and true glazing divides to achieve a clean, industrial finish. Despite its slim profile, it delivers exceptional strength and is backed by a guarantee of up to 20 years.
Energy efficiency is a priority for today’s buyers, and the Soho Window delivers U-Values as low as 1.4 W/m²K. This not only meets but exceeds current building regulations, helping improve insulation and reduce energy costs. Advanced weathertight seals further enhance thermal performance, keeping properties comfortable year-round while protecting against the elements.
With security also a top buying consideration, we have built protection into the design. Featuring a stainless-steel multi-point locking system, which is fitted to accurately align with the keeps, the number of locking points also adjusts to the size of the window to ensure maximum security no matter the size of the window. The window also meets PAS:24 certification standards, providing resistance against forced entry and giving customers added confidence in the security of their property.
