After the fischer Professional app first launched in 2018, it quickly became apparent that it was filling a crucial gap in our communications to trade users for whom it instantly provides the correct fixing choice for any given job. The option to receive information and advice on our fixings anytime and anywhere was an easy addition to everyone’s toolbox.
Four years on, the fischer Professional app is still growing in demand with its many new features. For instance, the improved, simplified layouts and add-on actions makes finding the right fixing – and any other information – faster, easier and more targeted. For more complex questions or just general fixing information, tradespeople can chat directly with fischer application engineers via the chat function. The app can also suggest various ways in which users can purchase the product in the way which suits them best.

One of our aims for 2023 is to drive the digitalisation of constructing even more, focusing on the Professional App to showcase a brand-new website design and operating system that went live in 2022.
