CBILS extended until November 30th and now available for property developers

These loans can be used for the start of a build and also for finished properties i.e. a marketing bridge. The loans are quite specialised but can be considered for all eligible applicants who have been adversely impacted by the pandemic.
- Interest for the first 12 months is paid by the Government – thus 0%.
- All lenders fees and legal fees are also paid by the Government.
- The only initial cost is a 1% broker fee normally added to the loan.
This is an unprecedented opportunity for developers. Existing development or bridging finance can be replaced with finance that will not cost anything for 12 months.
