Estimating and building service provider Build Aviator has launched By Design, a plan drawing service for when builders are asked to estimate without plans.
As well as delivering plan drawings from an experienced design professional and 3D rendering as standard, Build Aviator By Design integrates with the company’s estimating, planning and material take-off services. This helps builders keep in touch with their clients from planning to build and completion and means plans can be designed to budget in connection with its estimating service.

By Design offers three options: Outline Concepts, which turns ideas into images with surveying support and 3D rendering all designed to cost. Standard Construction, which offers the same concept service plus a full estimate giving pricing for the client and information for planning submission, and Complete Service that connects all Build Aviator services together.
This end-to-end package includes a full estimate as well as Build Kick Off, its brand new service where estimates are re-run prior to start on site for improved cost and material availability. This top tier package can also include SAP Support and Registered Construction Details (RCD) integration (where provided).
Each By Design option is provided quickly, correctly and backed with professional reports helping builders stand out and win more work.
